The Gerhardt Group was established to be a resource for organizations to find engaging, thought provoking workshops, talks, and training on cutting edge leadership and management topics. Megan Gerhardt, Ph.D.

Founder, the Gerhardt Group

Megan is a Gallup Certified Strengths® Coach using the Gallup StrengthsFinder 2.0® assessment, leadership expert, and speaker. She delivers frequent corporate and non-profit workshops and talks on a wide range of contemporary leadership topics and conducts leadership coaching for individuals at all career stages. 

Megan received her doctorate at the University of Iowa in 2003 in organizational behavior and human resource management. She is currently a Professor of Management at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she also serves as co-director of the Isaac & Oxley Center for Business Leadership in the Farmer School of Business. 

Dr. Gerhardt has been conducting research in the field of management and organizational leadership for 15 years, and has been delivering leadership workshops since 2009. She enjoys working with a wide range of professionals across a variety of industries, delivering workshops across the United States, as well as internationally.


Anna Zschippe, Winter Intern Anna, a senior at Miami University, will receive bachelor of arts degrees in both strategic communication and professional writing come May 2018, and she also will graduate with minors in general business plus management and leadership. Afterward, she will begin working with Ernst & Young as a human resources consultant – specifically in performance, talent, systems and analytics – in Dallas. At Miami, Anna currently serves as a teaching assistant for a human capital consulting course, and she will be conducting Emotional Intelligence research for The Gerhardt Group using Amazon's Mechanical Turk. She also works with the Career Center as a career assistant and a communications intern. During her free time, she coaches for a local girls club soccer team in Oxford, Ohio.

Corrina Griffin, Senior Project Coordinator

Corrie has extensive background in event and theater production in NYC, with a focus on logistics and realizing client vision from a technical standpoint. She majored in English Literature at the University of Iowa.
