Megan is a Gallup Certified Strengths® Coach using the Gallup StrengthsFinder 2.0® assessment, leadership expert, and speaker. She delivers frequent corporate and non-profit workshops and talks on a wide range of contemporary leadership topics and conducts leadership coaching for individuals at all career stages. 

Megan received her doctorate at the University of Iowa in 2003 in organizational behavior and human resource management. She is currently a Professor of Management at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she also serves as co-director of the Isaac & Oxley Center for Business Leadership in the Farmer School of Business. 

Dr. Gerhardt has been conducting research in the field of management and organizational leadership for 15 years, and has been delivering leadership workshops since 2009. She enjoys working with a wide range of professionals across a variety of industries, delivering workshops across the United States, as well as internationally.

 


Kelsey Poleyeff (Summer Intern)  is a recent graduate of Miami University, with a degree in Psychology and minor in Management and Leadership. During her time at Miami, Kelsey was a student fellow in the Center for Business Leadership, where she served on the Leadership Development Initiative, lead the Team Effectiveness Initiative, and was in charge of curating weekly newsletters for the center. Kelsey has assisted a Gallup Strengths Leadership Coach with Strengthsfinder workshops across campus and for the community, as well as helped collect data and conduct the Youth Leadership Experiences. Kelsey is pursuing a career in which she can use her strengths to help others find their own.

Brandon Fogel (Summer Intern) is a student at Miami University pursuing degrees in Management and Leadership and Political Science. He is a student fellow in the Center for Business Leadership on campus, in which he serves as the Leadership Development Initiative lead. In this role, he works with a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach to teach students about their strengths, build their leadership skills, and provide one-on-one coaching. Brandon is involved with the student government and an improvisational group. Brandon focuses on creating for the betterment of individuals and communities.
